Daniele’s training is designed for businesses. He offers solo or team training for cafe owners, managers and staff, looking to educate and upskill to improve their efficiency, quality and service.
Daniele also offers a team building mini course - This is designed for businesses with an in-house coffee machine who would like to educate their staff on how to use it, whilst having a little fun in the meantime.

Out-of-state bookings are available at request. (travel fees apply)

A little about Daniele,
Born and raised in southern Italy, Daniele brought his love for coffee—and the culture that surrounds it, when he migrated to Australia in 2013. Since then, he’s been a familiar face in some of Sydney’s most well-known cafés.
For Daniele, coffee is far more than just a beverage. It's a ritual, a daily opportunity to connect with people and offer a little kindness through genuine service. His Italian heritage has deeply influenced this approach, grounding his work in tradition, warmth, and community - all of which are important aspects of the Italian culture.
Over the years, working across a variety of café settings, Daniele began to notice a recurring theme: a consistent gap in knowledge and care when it came to barista training and café management. Inspired to make a difference, he set out to support owners and teams by bringing both expertise and heart to the table—because great coffee deserves to be matched by great service and thoughtful leadership.
